You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username and password. kupu88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure.
3.4 You must not share your Account with or allow access to your Account by any other person. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
3.5 kupu88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any withdrawable Real Money Balance is returned to the Member through the verified payment method on file.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, kupu88 requires each Member to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is mandatory and non-negotiable; no exceptions will be made.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kupu88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be declined at the payment gateway level.

Bank transfer deposits are generally credited within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Deposits initiated outside standard banking hours may take longer. kupu88 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be updated from time to time at the Company's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Members.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kupu88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification having been completed successfully (see Section 4).
5.6 Withdrawal Processing Time. Once approved, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 72 hours. kupu88 will notify Members of any material delays via the registered email address.
5.7 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a valid kupu88 deposit is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. kupu88 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, reverse all associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.
6.1 kupu88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount applies.
6.3 One Bonus Per Member. Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per Member, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this rule — including by opening multiple Accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits and the closure of all associated Accounts.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice.
6.5 Bet Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets on BRI Liga 1 and other markets typically contribute at 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
6.6 kupu88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to void any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have been obtained fraudulently or through a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7.4 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to technical issues, event delays, or data feed interruptions. Bets accepted before a suspension event will be settled according to the applicable rules for that market. kupu88 accepts no liability for connectivity failures that prevent a Member from placing or amending a live bet.
7.5 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed Service Providers. Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions void all plays and bets related to the malfunction.
7.6 Togel Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results displayed on the Platform are sourced from the official draw data of the relevant draw organisation. kupu88 is not responsible for errors in source data.
